Delete your account

Delete it yourself, in the app

This removes your account and all of its data immediately. It is the fastest route and needs nothing from us.

Open Routine Craft and sign in.
Go to Profile → Delete account.
Confirm when prompted.

If you cannot open the app

Email husain.slatewala@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, asking for your account to be deleted. We will confirm once it is done.

We use the sending address only to find your account and to reply.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in details
Everything you created in the app, on our servers and on your device
Any data queued to sync

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. We keep no backup copy of your content afterwards.

What we keep, and why

We keep a one-way scrambled form of your email address for 30 days. It cannot be read or reversed back into your address. It exists only to stop the same address being used to re-register immediately, and it is discarded after 30 days.

Anonymous crash reports contain no personal information and are not linked to your account.
